International Bhaktamar Stotra Mahamahotsav promotes self-purification, peace, says national prez of Sakal Jain Samaj
The national president of Sakal Jain Samaj, chairman of editorial board of Lokmat Media Group and former member of Rajya Sabha Dr Vijay Darda emphasised the effectiveness of ‘Bhaktamar Stotra’ for the self-purification of sanskars. He further stated that with pure conduct, Bhaktamar can withstand scientific scrutiny. The Stotra is also effective in counteracting the negative influences of bad company, he added.
Dr Darda highlighted that Prabhuji’s words are scientific, successful and eternal, serving as a crucial link in strengthening humanity. The practice of Bhaktamar Stotra leaves no room for animosity and bitterness, fostering an atmosphere of peace.
Dr Darda was addressing the International Bhaktamar Stotra Mahamahotsav as the chief guest at the Kavivarya Suresh Bhat Auditorium in Reshimbagh on Sunday on the occasion of Shri 1008 Adinath Bhagwan’s Garbh Kalyanak Divas.
Sharing the stage as guests were IPS officer Anurag Jain, national president of Shri Digambar Jain Mahasamiti Manindra Jain, president of AISJC Jinendra Jain, women’s wing president Sheela Jain, vice president Anil Jain (Delhi) and senior social worker Dilip Gheware.
Dr Darda emphasised the scientific reasons behind eating food before sunset and practising vegetarianism. He noted that the unique sounds produced by mantra shlokas have a profound effect on the mind and soul. The healing power of music, recognised globally, is paralleled by the rhythmic chanting of mantras.
Dr Darda explained that chanting the Bhaktamar Stotra Mantra can cleanse the mind of defects and purify the inner self, significantly impacting one’s life. He stressed that today’s generation should be aware of its scientific basis. He stressed on the continued organisation of such events and called for collective support in promoting these practices.
