Sparkling diamond jewellery at ‘Intrea’ keeps visitors mesmerised

Fabulous jewellery expo by well-known jewellery designer Purva Darda Kothari at Jawaharlal Darda Art Gallery, huge footfall on day-1,  concludes today

The two day expo of enticing diamond jewellery ‘Intrea’ which left the visitors spell bound kicked off at Jawaharlal Darda Art Gallery at  Lokmat Bhavan here on Saturday morning.

The expo has put on display timeless and classic diamond jewellery.

The ‘Intrea’ jewellery known to multiply happiness quotient during festive season has been conceptualised by famous jewellery designer, Purva Darda Kothari.

The expo was inaugurated by the chairman of Editorial Board of Lokmat Media Group and former member of Rajya Sabha, Dr Vijay Darda.

Those who were present on this occasion included director of ‘Intrea’ and well-known jewellery designer Purva Darda Kothari, director of Nirmik, Jaya Ambhore president of Jain Saheli Mandal, Madhuri Bora, Kiran Darda, Trupti Darda, Ritu Jain, Sejal Shah, Madhu Singhi, Richa Vardan Bora, Prem Lunawat, Deepak Dev Singhania, Pawansut’s L N Sharma, Anshuman Baghel, Adv Ramesh Darda, director of Lokmat Media Group Ashok Jain, Maharashtra chief of Congress Traders’ Cell, Atul Kotecha, superintendent engineer of Jalgaon, Shrikant Dalvi, director of Sunshine Infrastructure, Khushal Dodke, editor of Nagpur edition of Lokmat, Shrimant Mane, editor of Lokmat Samachar, Vikas Mishra, vice-president (accounts) of Lokmat, Sanjay Khare, controller (finance) of Lokmat, Mohan Joshi and senior general manager (projects), Ashish Jain.

Superlative artistic creativity is the unique feature of this expo. The designs and the workmanship of the jewellery is rarely found elsewhere. The expo received an overwhelming response on the first day. The visitors who are fond of exquisite designs and artistry were mesmerised by the display.

This year the novel designs which are a confluence of excellent artistic work, culture and tradition have been exhibited at the ‘Intrea’ expo.

 

Diamonds in various shapes available

Jewellery designer Purva Darda Kothari said an attention has been paid to take care of every section of the customers in Intrea. Earlier, ornaments with traditional cutting of round diamonds were available. However, Intrea this year has showcased VVS, FG colour, Pulse, Emerald Cut, Princess Cut, Peer Cut, Oval Cut diamonds which are being liked by all visitors.

 

Many visitors appreciate jewellery

This year jewellery lovers had kept their fingers crossed about the type of jewellery that was to be displayed. As a result, a large number of jewellery connoisseurs from various walks of life visited Jawaharlal Darda Art Gallery this morning and throughout the day. They appreciated the jewellery being showcased at the expo. The exhibition will be open on October 22 from 11 am to 8 pm.

 

VVS quality emerald diamond showcased

The jewellery is made of white gold, yellow gold and pink gold. The range includes earrings, pendants, cufflinks, buttons, bracelets, rings and bridal sets. The fusion of Burmese rubies and emerald gives a grand and resplendent look to the jewellery. The diamond jewellery of ‘Intrea’ is lightweight and can be used not only for weddings, but also on a day to day basis.  According to Purva Darda Kothari, people want to use minimalistic jewellery nowadays which is gritty and nice looking.

 

Intrea is exciting: Amruta Fadnavis

Amruta Fadnavis, better-half of deputy chief minister Devendra Fadnavis also visited ‘Intrea’ Jewellery expo on Saturday. On this occasion she said that the designs of Purva Darda Kothari are always different from the league. People are always keen to explore novelty and freshness in the design at the expo. “This time too my expectations were more than fulfilled,” she said. The jewellery is not only beautiful, but also gives assurance of the high quality diamonds used. Every piece of jewellery has been intricately designed and is enticing, she maintained.

 

Timeless jewellery exhibited

Designer Purva Darda Kothari said special attention was paid to make each and every piece of jewellery stylish and different. Design and excellent craftsmanship are the two unique features of the jewellery at the expo. A variety of jewellery including traditional Indian jewellery, Indo-Western jewellery, party wear jewellery is being exhibited. The jewellery is timeless and classic and the design will stay alluring forever. The jewellery put on display has multiple uses in that an earring can be worn as a bracelet with excellent workmanship.
