Silver jubilee of the Mumbai edition of Lokmat

To mark the silver jubilee of the Mumbai edition of Lokmat, a special issue titled ‘Panchvees Varshanchi Mumbai’ was released on Wednesday. This informative and readable issue covering various aspects of Mumbai and the metropolitan area over the last three decades was released at a glittering ceremony at the Central Hall of the State Legislature. The editor of Mumbai edition of Lokmat Atul Kulkarni, president of Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee Nana Patole, former editor of Mumbai edition of Lokmat Madhukar Bhave, chairman of editorial board of Lokmat Media and former member of Rajya Sabha Vijay Darda, general secretary (office in-charge) of MPCC Devanand Pawar, chairman of State Legislative Council Ramraje Naik-Nimbalkar, public works minister Ashok Chavan, editor-in-chief of Lokmat Media Rajendra Darda, revenue minister Balasaheb Thorat, BJP leader Ashish Shelar, textile minister Aslam Sheikh and group editor of Lokmat Media Vijay Baviskar were present on the occasion.
