Completes Ten X project 24 months ahead of deadline

Raymond Realty has commissioned three towers of Ten X Habitat 24 months ahead of its deadline under RERA. Incidentally, Ten X Habitat is the maiden project of Raymond Realty.

The ambitious project Ten X Habitat in suburban Thane was announced in 2019. “It has been designed by famous architect Hafiz Contractor. It comprises 10 towers of 42 storeys each,” said the chairman and managing director of Raymond Group Gautam Singhania.

At a programme organised on Saturday, the keys of the apartments were handed over to a select group of buyers at the hands of Gautam Singhania. The chairman of editorial board of Lokmat Media and former member of Rajya Sabha Vijay Darda was present on this occasion along with the CEO of Raymond Realty Harmohan Sahni. “We could complete the project ahead of time even in the midst of problems like hike in raw material prices,” said Gautam Singhania, adding, “in future too, the Raymond Group would stand by the company’s three benchmarks — credibility, quality and excellence.
